Meet 100% expectations. – Great product value.

Hate the remote – In order to go to another channel, you need to scroll the remote down to the little ‘dialog box with the numbers in it’, put in the number of the channel you want to see and then hit OK or Select. Too much to change a channel or just to go back to what you previously viewed.

Poor Remote/Good TV – The TV is great! I love the picture and the adjustments that can be made. What I don’t like is the remote. I’m hoping I can get a universal that will work with the TV that will allow me to stop or pause, rewind or advance a movie as I can with the Firestick. Otherwise, it’s perfect for me. I would buy another…if I can replace the lame remote.

Good TV for price and looks absolutely stunning, but has some problems that people should know – I got my TV about a week ago. When I got it, it all seemed perfect and great. Just had to mess with picture settings a little for HDR games and such. Jump to a few hours later, I just got done with some gaming and decided to watch something with the TV speakers instead of headphones. The audio wouldn’t play. It just kept making a small tick sound when it was supposed to play audio. Just one small tick and then nothing. Whenever I would power down the TV, it would make 5 ticks slowly and then stop and it would do the same when I turn it on. Still no audio. Tried resetting the TV and it did nothing. Randomly it started producing sound again after a while. Now it randomly does make sound and then randomly stops making sound and just does the small ticking. This makes it impossible to watch anything through the smart features because there is no sound. Luckily I have my Xbox and can just use headphones. But anybody who is hoping for just a smart TV to watch everything on should beware this.

No exchanges only returns –  The quality of the TV seems fine, but I received mine damaged and after further inspection the box it came in had a visible perforation located in the upper left hand side (consistent with the location of damage the TV itself had). Unfortunately the company it was bought from only offer returns and not exchanges so I’m left without a TV

Has become an annoyance to operate!!! – This TV started out to be an excellent buy…However in the last 6 months or so the TV stared to have voice sync issues, got ahold of Visio support…Went thru a long update process…several menus along unplugging the unit, holding the power button and hoping the wind is blowing in the right direction. seemed to correct the issue. Unfortunately this did not stop the problem from returning, have gone thru this multiple times…but returns in time…The 1 yr. warranty is only good for parts and service? So I would return this TV if I could.

So far so good – Like any electronics so far so good. You never know when they will crap out. Picture is good, sound is poor but I have a soundbar so that makes up for the cheap speakers VIZO uses. I would give it a 5 star rating except it is a smart TV. All I want is a TV to watch, not be smarter than me. When first turned on it took over an hour of updating software. Then it defaulted to all the crapola stuff. It took me a while to figure out how to get my local channels. I finally went to the menu and found a item Channels. Clicking on it brought in the local cable channels. It also apparently sends data out over the internet as my internet is constantly sending a receiving what the TV is on. Should be able to turn that stuff off. Now just wait and see if it is still working after a year.
