      Excellent picture, decent sound – Excellent picture, decent sound, pretty lightweight. Hangs on my wall pretty easily. My one problem is that the apps are relegated to Yahoo! only besides the usual Netflix, Hulu and Amazon. Without a separate player like Roku or something, you’re stuck with some pretty useless choices. It would be nice if they made it clear that even though its supposed to be a “smart” tv, you’re pretty limited as to what it could “Learn”!! Performance wise, never better.

One thing to note is that the resolution is 780p, instead of the 1080p that most people are looking for. This is a smart TV with several different streaming options built right in.

      Vizio Model D39h-DO Smart Tv – This Vizio Smart TV is pretty good for the price range. But calibrating the picture makes a difference of day and night in the overall picture quality. The speakers aren’t bad for a flat panel tv but I have them connected to a home theater system so that isn’t an issue. However no matter what I tried I could not established a working connection between my Pc and the TV through the Hdmi input. Still working on it. Doesn’t make any sense. Perhaps it’s a bad Hdmi cable. I’ll keep you posted… Three Stars as of the present time…

However, it has a great picture, and the smart apps work well. As with any smart TV, it doesn’t have 100% of the apps that I want (doesn’t have google play), but the important ones are there.
