Wouldn’t work but return was easy – I could not get this refurbished tv to connect to the internet but had no problem returning it for a full refund so am giving 3 stars

Great Picture – This is overall good for the money. However a few of the apps didn’t work at all for me. I think it will need a sound bar. But the sound quality is pretty good as long as there isn’t a lot of background noise. I’m thinking about buying another for my bedroom but only if I can get all of the apps to work.

Small smart TV with a low price and enough features to satisfy – We purchased this for our RV for it’s small footprint and smart features. It lacks the horsepower of it’s larger siblings, so menu navigation isn’t as snappy as you’re probably accustomed to, and on-board sound quality isn’t amazing.

Volume not consistent, slow when changing between channels – I don’t like how long it takes to change from one app to the next and sound is very inconsistent.

works fine – Product arrived quickly, and easy to set up. At first I had to change the default language from Spanish, and I had to run through the channel scan twice, but no problems since then. Picture seemed a little dark from far away, so I adjusted it. Broadcast channels work fine, as do my streaming services. I also purchased a nice AV-to-HDMI converter so I could play my VHS tapes and DVD’s, and that works too. I have 77 more days to return it if a problem occurred, so that seems fair. Overall I am very satisfied.

Volume level – Good TV. Had a little trouble setting it up but finally got it right. Good for my kitchen fits under the cabinet. Only thing I noticed is the volume level doesn’t go really high. Even on the highest volume of 100 it is OK with the refrigerator ready but I could see where if your kitchen got a little noisy you would have a hard time hearing it. So far it has performed flawlessly.
