TV Damaged – The TV had a thick black line going up the middle of the screen. Also the bottom of the screen seems to be separating from the outline of the tv. And the VISO symbol in the bottom right corner is well worn. I does not look like this tv was lightly used.

Great refurbished tv – I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this tv. I use it for gaming and watching movies. No lag. I issues with sound. The color is amazing on this model as well.

Don’t buy – Bought in March. Sound stopped October. Vizio replaced sound card 3 weeks later. Speakers garbled like mono handheld am radio. Called Vizio. They offered to replace 6.5 month old tv w/refurbished TV, after refurbished part didn’t work. I demanded new TV. Eventually, manager, Lacy acquiesced. After 4 weeks no TV. Called and demanded store credit. They said, “No, and Oh it’s on back order, let me send you sound bar.” Installed sound bar. 2 days later, TV remote doesn’t work. 8 hours troubleshooting, arguing, corresponding and waiting for tech. So far have missed 7 weeks of football season. Sony lasted 10 years, Panasonic 9 years. Vizio 6 months.

If it’s Broken, Fix It – Amazon contracts with other companies for products. This product was sold 3 times before I received it. The set shut off after 10 minutes. Then started and shut-off again. Warranty was out and I ended up paying several hundred dollars to ship it back because it wasn’t an Amazon product.

Inferior customer service – I used the product for almost 90 days and a “buzzing” noise started from the back of the TV. I boxed the TV and attempted to return the set and was told by UPS-FEDEX that the set was too large for them to accept.
