Great Picture, app is amazing with all the apps you need – TV works great. The smart menu is really good. I have fire Tv and Roku. This is right up there with features and ease of use. Picture is amazing for the price. I got a “renewed” and it was repackaged just like new. The box was a tab worn but was just comerica. And every item was included and all original packaging material was included as well. I would recommend this TV and Amazon Renewed as well.

This TV was in perfect/like new condition when it arrived. Setup was straightforward and it synced up easily with our 3 other Sony components, as well as our Cable remote.

Quality Value TV yet encounters Lip Syncing issues. – This TV is a wonderful addition to my home for a reasonable price. There does seem to be some issues with the SmartHome Apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) with lip sync. Fortunately, the TV Menu has features to adjust the Audio Format as well as Lip Sync issues. These menu options feel convoluted and are difficult to manage to solve the lip sync issue consistently across all streaming platforms. As long as lip syncing (audio/visual alignment) aren’t super important for you this TV is an excellent buy for any home!
