Excellent 24” 1080p Smart TV with great apps. Just add a small sound bar. – This is simply an excellent 24” 1080p TV from Vizio. I’ve always been a Vizio fan boy and this simply doesn’t disappoint. I bought it for my garage shop and use it constantly, especially for watching DIY videos on YouTube. It’s like creating your own classroom tutor. It has everything you would want and more connection-wise and works wirelessly or hardwired with an ethernet cable. And you can’t beat the price at $130 or less. The only detractor as other people say is the sound. You will definitely want to buy a little 20w to 30w soundbar to go with it. But don’t let that stop you. It’s a fantastic TV with great built in Smart TV apps. Plenty of free shows and movies to be had in the included apps. I give it 9 out 10. Just the -1 for the sound issue.

Almost immediately went defective; Vizio made good. – Great features, but within weeks of receiving this TV, many horizontal lines appeared across the screen (see photo). Very, very bad, so I originally gave a two-star rating. However, Vizio made good on the problem, and sent a new monitor, so for the moment I have upgraded to four-stars. Hopefully, no other news to come!

This TV is GTG – Great 1080p TV for the bedroom. It does not have a way so far as I have seen to delete the cache to get things from not buffering sometimes. I have an 80mpbs connection and my fire sticks are 2.0. I can clear them to make things run faster. Pluto TV channels viewing guide is super slow vs my firestick. So… the tv is great and has a built-in amplifier for OTA channels… That works great. The TV is superb for the bedroom overall because we all know we relax in the bedroom.

Just bad luck I guess – Tv is what I want in all aspects (small SMART tv for the kitchen) but the first one came with damaged screen, so I did request an exchange, the second one arrived today and actually shipping is super fast but sadly it takes for ever to turn on and when it does the screen turns black and you do wherever to go to the apps and nothing helps, it did work for set it up after trying like 3 times, I even talked to someone by phone to see if they can help me with this problem but Now I am gonna return this one for a full refund since I don’t want to deal with the problem anymore, I just want to mention that a week ago we bought a 65” VIZIO tv for the living room and it works perfectly so just bad luck I guess!

A Great Smart TV with 1950’s sound. – Beautiful picture, fairly easy setup, horrible tinny sound. My iPad has better sound quality than this unit. I am going to have to add a sound bar to see if I can live with this thing. So sad that the electronics and smart features are so great and the sound quality of a 1950’s am radio. Two days later . . . bought the 24″ Vizio sound bar and WOW – – I can now live with this unit. Easy setup and the sound quality was improved 100%.

You must buy a separate soundboard unless you intend to use headphones exclusively – It is gives you all the smart TV bells and whistles, however you cannot use the TV out of the box as the speakers are mounted on the rear of the TV and the sound quality is terrible. You are forced to buy a sound bar speaker. And then to be confronted with a total lack of optical audio connection. So you are forced to use piggy-backed adapters to connect the soundbar.

“Old school” Plasma TV – I bought this TV for my home office because I am cramped for space. I wanted something that would sit next to my monitor so I could see both concurrently and have the TV be “off camera” for my virtual meetings. It serves the purpose and was inexpensive, but the picture quality is substandard in relation to current technology. I kept it because I was too lazy to box it up. I got another TV (Samsung LCD) for my office and it is great. I am moving throne to my workshop to use for “how to” videos. It should be fine for that.
