Incorrect wall mount. – This is a perfect size for our kitchen. However, it came with no manuals whatsoever (probably because it was “renewed”). We came to the conclusion that the wall mount in not the correct mount for this tv. Regardless of how we lined up the holes to the back of the tv, the area for the power cord was partially covered. I probably voided the warranty by doing so but I used a dremel tool to enlarge the area covering the power cord . Now it works fine.

Works great for my grandchildren’s room! – Picture and sound quality very good. Seller was totally customer oriented. TV came without controller. Seller responded immediately to this situation and sent me a new one. Great experience.
