Replacement cable works great (was: Defective, blinking screen with MBP 2021 M1) – After reaching to the seller about the cable which was unusable, I got a confirmation that a better version of a cable is going to be sent as a replacement, which actually worked quite well, so I’m changing rating from 1* to 4* which is a bit short of a 5 star considering it haven’t worked well to begin with.

Awesome Customer Service! – Purchased this item and it was easy to set up; however, I was having issues. So I wrote customer service to assist in trouble shooting. Their service was more than I expected. She asked numerous questions and was very patient with me as I am not tech savvy. Come to find out, it’s because I updated my IpadOS to the most recent version. The cable I purchased didn’t handle the update so she sent a different one to me. Next surprise is how fast the cable arrived to my house as she ordered it on Thursday and it arrived on Sunday as scheduled. Plugged in the new cable and all was good. I will definitely recommend this company.

On a personal note I’m not a huge fan of the materials this is build with it feels somewhat cheap and the cord is not amazing quality.
