– ¡¡NO COMPREN ESTE PRODUCTO!! tengo 4 meses con ella y fallo, la imagen no sé ver, aunque el resto de las funciones están bien, por lo que puedo escuchar.

– Muy decepcionada por esta compra…Adquirí el televisor para sustituir una Panasonic Viera que no dio un solo problema en 6 años. Revisé todos los reviews en páginas especializadas y opté por el televisor ya que parecía la mejor opción en el rango de precio. Desafortunadamente dejó de funcionar en menos de dos meses, de repente la pantalla se puso completamente negra y no volvió a prender. Contacté inmediatamente a Soporte de TCL y prometieron una respuesta en menos de 72 horas, el plazo ya se cumplió y ni siquiera me han contactado para agendar una visita del técnico. PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE!!! Queda de experiencia que lo barato sí sale caro…

Digital Optical Output works perfectly – 1) I owned a Sony TV Bravia Model KDL 46EX620, bought on 2012; I used the TV to display picture and sound coming from variety of input sources; For example from the over the air TV channels / stations such as over the air public channel KQED; over the air KBS Korean broadcast station to watch Korean drama with English sub title. I connected the standard digital optical output of the Sony TV to the digital optical input of my Yamaha receiver model RX-V373 which power the external speakers. The digital audio signal via optical output terminal is so standard that most modern TV provides such an output. the Sony TV further provides analog audio signal output via typical RCA connectors that I did not have to use because the standard digital optical output of the Sony TV provides good sounds for all of the over the air TV channels / stations.
