      MyROKU IS MISSING SO i need a new one – Romote control

      After 3 years, screen started sporadically blinking, then eventually went half-black on right side. – For 3 years, it worked fine. Easy set up, easy to use.

      Never worked. – The TV would reboot itself constantly. I never got to watch anything on it. I had to send it back. Worse, this brand has this problem constantly. Buyer beware!

      Support not acceptable – TV worked great for a couple of days and then went black. Returning TV to Amazon not a problem. Odd thing, this was a “as new ” set and after returning purchased a brand new set at the same price as the “as new”. Problem was that no refund issued only credit/gift card within Amazon. No one to reach and request a cash refund. Did not care for this policy.

      Save your money – Save your money and purchase an entry level Samsung. I had high hopes for the TCL but the picture quality was poor in my opinion. I returned the unit, added about $60 and purchased a Samsung that I completely love.

      TCL Smart TV Renewed – Looks and operates great. I really enjoy the TCL ROKU TV’s and the many options that they have. The picture is so nice and the sound isn’t all that bad. Although a sound bar would make it dynamic sounding.
