We bought our TV and all was well for several months until the TV no longer turned on one day. We registered the TV warranty as required when we purchased it, so when we had trouble, the customer service department quickly and promptly sent us a new TV! They were very accommodating. They sent us a pre-paid shipping label so that it cost us nothing to return the TV and get a new one. We really appreciated how they responded to our issue. I would definitely buy another product from this company because they gave impeccable customer service. I would highly recommend this TV and this company! The TV itself has a great picture and never fogs up even though it’s outside on the patio. We are extremely pleased with the way the company handled our issue.
