Clear crisp picture nice sound quality – It’s a great little TV for the bedroom. Has plenty of bells and whistles…yet light enough to carry anywhere! I was surprised by the clarity.. I would buy another in a heartbest! I think Samsung makes better tv’s than they do phones! Great picture…great sound…great price!

Excellent Display – This curved concept is excellent for near-sighted users who sit closer to the screen because the distance to the eyes is the same on the sides as in the center. The screen is really bright and clear and it interfaces with MAC OS. What more could I want?

Charged 20% restocking fee for returning a DEFECTIVE TV not in the original box – Applying the restocking fee policy in this situation is absurd. Even if I had the original box that the tv came in, the manufacturer would have to repackage it anyway (and surely they can find another box like the original). But in this case, the unit is DEFECTIVE, so the manufacturer will have to send it through their repair process after which it will need to be REPACKAGED! You are clearly not interested in keeping me as a customer. Beach Camera customers should know that it is unable to maintain a good working relationship with its manufacturers. It may be of interest to Beach Camera that I purchased a Samsumg Model UN32N5300AF from Crutchfield, and it had the same defect – the digital optical connection not working. Samsung promptly accepted it for warranty repair and provided a shipping label. They have repaired the TV and returned it. Seems like an easy company to work with to me.
