Problem connecting to WIFI – Not sure yet if TV is defective. Intermittent connection to WiFi. All other devices in house connect fine but Samsung said it is problem with ISP.

I received a returned tv! – Be careful. I received my new tv, unboxed it and set it up. Once I plugged it in I noticed the screen had 2 cracks. So I got a replacement.

Almost OLED quality in bright room – So we needed an emergency replacement in our very bright den and wanted a picture as close to our big LG OLED in the media room.

Great TV very clear and bright picture – We are a big Samsung fan. Our prior set had a premature failure requiring a constant power cycle of the TV. Our new set is much nice than the last and took the sting of our the replacement. The only downside is Samsung has built a lot of Ads into the home menu screen which cannot be removed.

Great speakers for an aging population. – I just received this television yesterday but so far it has been great. I was still toiling with setting up my ZVOX sound bar when I discovered how to adjust the TV speaker sound. Now, incredibly enough, I believe the TV speaker sound is better than my sound bar… totally unheard of for TV speakers. The picture colors are slightly deeper and more rich than my previous LG OLED. This is really a good buy.
