Missing the frame UPDATE: frame received a few days later. – So far the tv is great but kind of loses the whole illusion when you don’t have the frame piece which we have yet to receive and is essentially why you pay a premium on this tv “for the look”….. maybe I’ll update if we actually are sent it. **UPDATE** the company responded quickly and the frame was already on the way just took a few extra days. TV looks great! We ordered the Teak Modern frame.

Love Everything About This TV – This Samsung 65” Frame TV is amazing! Everything I wanted and needed for my Living Room. I love choosing the different art works, and the picture quality is better than I expected. TV remote is quick and responsive when navigating through the menu. It’s a bit pricey, but you will be happy you bought the Frame TV.

It was missing the wall mount – I was thrilled when my tv arrived a day early. I couldn’t wait to get it on the wall…but guess what? The flush wall mount that was supposed to come in the package was not there. The 3rd party sellers was nice enough to refund me $20 back and give me the contact info for Samsung. I called Samsung and imagined I was going to get my wall mount shipped to me right away. On the 4th business day that it hadn’t arrived I called back. No one had told me that it will take 10-20 business days to process AND then there’s shipping time (which the rep couldn’t tell me how long that would be). She said they needed additional information, which no one had contacted me to get. I’m aggravated because I bought this tv to look like art work on my wall and it’s sitting on the stupid stand. The picture is blurry looking. ALSO art mode WILL NOT STAY ON. I’ve looked at all types of videos and changed settings. Still art mode goes off and doesn’t turn back in when I walk in the room. This tv is making me wish I just stuck to LG.

Amazing picture! – Somewhat confusing to use at first, if you aren’t already set up with smart apps, alexa, smart things, etc. But once it was set up and hung on the wall, it looks and works like a charm. Beautiful! Really does look like a framed picture on the wall.

Not an easy install. Need to hide large box somewhere – Not a very easy install. You need to run a single cord from back of tv to a fairly large box and hide it somewhere. No direct HDMI connects on TV. Hanging rackets are less than optimal and paper guide for hanging is 1/4 inch off. Maybe user error there but I triple checked it and still 1/4 off.
