pixels shining diagonally black screen – Mediocre TV to begin with for the price. When the displayed video / image is total black, pixels show thru in a diagonal pattern across the entire screen. This occurs after the TV has been in use for several hours. Have started return, very disappointed.

What I expected from Samsung! – This TV has all the features and controls I was going for to replace an older 55 in. Samsung I had accidentally “murdered” while cleaning. I wanted an updated model to allow for the addition of all current streaming apps, and this one has fit the bill in a 2021 model. Highly recommend for an updated TV purchase.

very good TV – Purchased Samsung because we have had good experience with their TV’s this one replaced our 55 inch 3D Samsung TV which I believe we had for over 7 years and still works….picture quality on this new is excellent, love the size and images are beautiful. Has so many features and apps…easy to use….Love it.

This tv has everything I need – I’m able to hook all my gadgets to the tv, even turn it into a 75″ computer screen! Yes, I’m a dinosaur, and I’m glad the tv didn’t weigh a lot so my son and I could get it up the stairs. I was worried the tv stand wouldn’t be stable, but it’s cool. The remote is slim and futuristic, I like the new way to control! Happy with this product.

BUT, the moment you turn it on for a long time, it makes small crackle sounds like the tv is settling or something. The tv itself is beyond flimsy so I have a feeling they sacrificed sturdiness to keep the tv thinner. The remote is eh, I just use fire stick remote. Overall, happy with the tv.
