Has Some Issues, But It’s Pretty Darn Cool as Well.. – No, I didn’t buy this here on Amazon, but from a large authorized retailer who had a great return policy, although don’t get me wrong, I never did end up returning it. I would probably have given this product 3.5 stars here if it was possible. The picture quality isn’t terrible by far. Not has bright as the Sony X90K which I bought just before and ended up returning in favor of the Art Mode feature. Something that doesn’t seem to really be mentioned anywhere in the reviews of this TV is that the very unique “matte” screen on this TV has some serious issues. Get the smallest fingerprint or smudge on it, and it’s not coming off. Wipe it gently with the softest microfiber cloth, and you wipe that matte coating clear off, leaving those wipes to glare at you when the TV is off (although the Art Mode effect and picture quality stay intact). The display is definitely not “fingerprint proof” as some reviews state. Also, these TVs have large clouding issues when the screen is dark, although they’re only apparent when the TV is on and the image is completely black, but only when it’s totally black. At the same time, the Art Mode is pretty darn cool. Just don’t allow any kids around it when it’s in Art Mode, because it looks so much like a painting, they going to want to swipe it with their fingers, just to see..
