Best picture – We had a broken one on our first delivery but the supplier quickly scheduled a new one and another delivery. Aside from being later than expected (and checking the shipping pallet very carefully!) it is a great TV with a bright and accurate picture. Mini leds don’t seem to bloom and are great for accurate lighting that has wowed us and our guests. Getting a matching soundbar and sub ensures a theater-like experience for us.

Worth the extra money over the q80a – Great picture

Sound issues – For clarification, here is my set-up: first generation Apple 4K TV, Bose Soundbar 900 Dolby Atmos, Samsung QN90A. Apple TV uses an HDMI 2.1 cable to connect to TV’s port 4. TV is connected by HDMI 2.1 cable from HDMI-eARC port to the soundbar. TV, Apple TV, and soundbar all have the latest available software versions.

Meh… – I thought I was ordering the best tv out there. It does look good on some content but other stuff looks a little muddy. Banding is a huge issue and blacks aren’t really that much better than my old tv. I’d wait for a sale like I did.

I love it – Honestly. I was just upgrading my Samsung 4K to this QLED and what an amazing difference it has been. Unlike anything I’ve seen before and when playing games? Beautiful, it’s like art but with a controller in your hands. I love everything about this tv

No proof of extended warranty from Walt’s – This unit was sold to us with a 4 year extended warranty beyond the product’s one year warranty. The shipment did not include extended warranty documents. When we contacted Walt’s they spent weeks looking for it. They have referred us on to Epic insurance who we get NO reply from. I have my doubts that we are even covered by an extended warranty because of this run-around.

Not terrible. Not good for gaming in the long run – The Alexa controls are nice. But the TV likes to go black sometimes Wich makes playing games like dark souls super challenging. Sometimes I have to reset it because it won’t have any audio. Go Samsung instead. Better quality overall imo. Sony tvs in general have terrible audio so if you get this you’ll want a sound bar right away.
