      Terrible customer service from seller and horrible picture quality on TV – The picture is okay as long as the movie is paused otherwise it has a lot of ghosting and it cannot keep up with fast scenes on any type of media, Samsung needs to recall this line of TVs, they are garbage. The seller is also terrible with customer service and returning phone calls and emails. Stay away from the seller if you have issues.
