This product has turned me against Samsung – This tv is great when it works. I also like how it has a smaller box that everything hooks into. This makes easier to hook up multi devices to it. Well it worked great for the first three days after we got it. Then randomly it has lines and bright lights. To get this to go away you have to unplug it and plug it back in. Then a week later HDMI ports started going out. HDMI 2 works when it wants and forget about 3. Called Samsung tech support. Done a lot of swapping HDMI cables and devices. No go. Reset the TV ports still don’t work. Well they said we would have to have sone one to come out and fix it. I thought maybe they could just mail us another small main box but guess not. Well after three days I got a text telling me that they didn’t have a service center in my area. I do live in a small town but a hour away from a major city. So they told me that there going to have to transfer me over to the SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM. Which at this point I don’t think real. First time I got transferred over waited almost two hours. I had to go and pick up kids from school. Called back told rep what had happened. He stated that some one will get back with me with in 24-48 hours. Well guess what nothing. Called back again. Same crap. We have to transfer over to SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM. This time I am pissed. Due to I was already on hold over 30 min. Called Samsung back again. This time ask to speak to a manager. LMAO was told the only people that could help me is this SERVICE MANAGEMENT TEAM. As I am writhing this review I have been on hold already a hour. Thank GOD I am able to return this POS to Amazon. This was spouse to be the best TV on the market seems like the reviewers didn’t have it long. This thing wasn’t cheep as well. This is the first product I have ever bought that I couldn’t get service on and it’s still under 30 day old. TEUST ME DON’T BUY THIS THING.

Samsung 8k – Very nice tv, nicely priced. Bought from seller Beach Camera thru Amazon. Had questions and Beach Camera responded very quick and was very helpful. Great seller.

Worst Experience Ever. – This is my 5th tv I’ve had to return several I bought directly from samsung and two from here. When this tv first came out I was so excited to purchase it, I pre-ordered it but once it arrived the television had obviously been opened and put back together before it got to me. The screen protruded from the metal frame. The glue that seals the tv was coming out the frame itself was warped and there were fingerprints on the inside of the screen. The next tv I got had horrible DSE (dirty screen effect) that resulted in very noticeable banding whenever the camera panned across the screen. The next replacement I received had a glowing white line down the middle. Common sense says I should have given up but I really wanted to love this tv. The last model I returned the backlight bled through the screen, so whatever you watched you could see a faint grid of dots bleeding through. The corners of the infinity display weren’t sealed off so light bled out around the thin black bezels. The set I currently have is the least messed up of all I’ve received but still has a faint grey line that shows up on solid dark colors and the same noticeable banding when the camera pans, the tv also gets suddenly dim even though auto brightness is turned off. The only reason I haven’t yet returned the set I have is because Of the ptsd I have from mounting and unmounting the previous 4 sets. The quality control on these sets is nonexistent. Samsung’s customer service is appalling, which is what made me purchase on Amazon. For a tv that’s supposed to be Samsung’s highest end consumer offering disappointing is an understatement. After this experience I would never purchase another set from them. Every time I watch this tv I regret ever purchasing it, not the experience you want when paying over 5k for a tv.

Would be a 5 Except for the Dark Spot – This is a great tv but for some reason ours has a dark spot in the top right corner. Dont know if it was done when the techs set it up or what, but it’s there any time the screen is a light color

The menu system ui and navigation feels like it could be better but it does the job. Super thin, very light & easy to mount but could have included mounting screws of multiple lengths.
