Samsung won’t stand by their products, and their customer service is terrible – I bought a 70″ Samsung QLED Q60A TV in February 2022, kept in it’s original box until I moved in April and set it up. A month after installation, May 2022, the picture deteriorated to the point where any dark scene was distorted and unwatchable. No amount of tweaking the settings or resetting the unit worked. I have been in touch with Samsung about the problem numerous times. They sent out service technicians 6 times so far, and no one has been able to fix the TV even though the screen and main board were replaced. This has been going on for months, and their only solution is to keep sending out technicians. The TV is still under warranty, and I have requested a refund or replacement, to no avail. Please note that I own 3 other Samsung TV’s and have never had a problem with any of them. This particular TV is clearly defective, yet Samsung continues giving me the runaround. They now want to send out another technician (the 7th visit!). The cost to Samsung to send out these technicians needlessly is costing them more than if they had simply refunded my money to begin with. I’m now left with two bad options, to dispose of the TV and eat the $1200 cost, or pursue Samsung legally. Due to the poor customer service and failure to resolve this fairly, I would recommend NOT PURCHASING ANY SAMSUNG TV. I would have given a zero rating but that wasn’t an option.

This is a fantastic TV!! – It’s Samsung! And we all know the quality we get with Samsung!! This TV does not disappoint. It has a flawless picture, perfect color, brightness & the 4k picture was sharper than I expected & that I’ve seen in stores. I’ve been rewatching all of my movies just to see how they’d look on the new TV & they look great!! I even connected a Blu-ray player to it to see just how high 4k resolution is. It’s extremely high & I don’t think I’ll ever need anything higher. You win with Samsung, everytime!

Better than expected. Clear picture. Smart features are extremely useful. – I wanted to have a big TV to watch movies and sports events (just in time for Olympics and football! ). It’s spot on. The colors are rich and realistic, the size (70 “) is perfect for the size of my living room, and the built in links to Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube, as well as other apps, are very convenient. I loved that it took me less than 3 minutes to set it up so I could mirror other specialized apps onto the screen. I was able to see Zoom lessons from my remote classes, and enjoy family visits on screen from my phone. I paired it with an Android tablet, a school Chromebook, and my iPhone 8+ through my WiFi network. I can envision a parent setting it up for children to watch their school classes and being able to monitor their work while continuing to do their own work in the kitchen or den. I had not anticipated that it would be so useful to have a Smart TV. How to videos from YouTube are so much easier to follow on a big screen. I did not have to have anyone do this setup for me, just a couple of guys to hang it on the wall. I am a woman in my 70s ( but pretty tech-savvy) and I just followed directions (with one quick Google search to clarify something with Zoom.). Highly recommend.
