Defective TV, even worse customer service from Samsung – Bought the TV, had it mounted, and turned on the unit to set it up. After a few mins, it would turn off and on and wouldn’t respond to my controls. Since then, being in touch with Samsung customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I called up and the representative said they would have a technician be in touch with me within 2 business days. Never happened. I called back and another representative looked into why I didn’t get a call, and apparently the ticket got updated as canceled (which I never adhered to). They put in a new escalated ticket, and told me the same thing: I would get a call within 2 business days. Well 2 business days later, I still haven’t heard back. I called Samsung support, and apparently no one is competent enough to help a person who just spent a lot of money on a defective TV get help. So long story short, Samsung customer service is incapable of helping customers deal with defective products. I’m going to return the TV and will no longer buy a single Samsung product ever

Decent television, but came with semi-opened box and heavily dented bottom frame – Unfortunately, it arrived in a box missing its original bottom, and with significant damage to the bottom metal plate. This plate was severely warped and even slightly warped the bottom of the image. See first 2 pics. Either there was some shipping damage, the device wasn’t actually new, or Samsung dropped the ball on their QC for the metal plate — regardless of reason, a significant oversight. It sucks, but we won’t get too bent out of shape about it. (I know, I know).

Good picture quality – My 1st one was defective, 7″ streak through the entire width ! As this is a 3rd party transaction, Amazon stepped up and arranged for the return back to them. Reordered and am very happy with the quality of the picture.

Best tv for gaming, PS5 – Future proof, samsung plus tv is free and amazing, this television has an amazing HDR some games dont look like games anymore but almost real. 8k is pretty darn good, dying light 2 and other games where upscaled and look better. Would definetly recommend
