      NOT a Sony. – It’s a Sony clone. Doesn’t say Sony anywhere. It’s a bit cheaply made. Everything EXCEPT voice control worked.

      Slow response time but functional – The remote works just fine, but has a sluggish response time as compared to the original. We don’t use the voice functionality.

That was annoying because my youngest was a preschooler and couldn’t spell out names of videos he wanted to watch. So he would often ask me to search videos for him. I would have to stop what I was doing and have to type using the arrow buttons- painstaking. ***

I ordered this once since it kinda looked like my old remote (I don’t like change). Arrived super fast and didn’t even require setup for my TV. Thank you, hopefully I never have to purchase again.
