Instructions on how to use are way way too small to read!!!!! – Product arrived as indicated on ad…..yes very large size buttons, remote buttons don’t push in easy enough. Instructions are way way too small to read. Had to take paper instructions to office and enlarge just to read info. I personally highly do not recommend this item. Got for my 82 year old sister. I will not be using it and will go back to normal remote control.

Not a true universal remote. Beware – Purchased this remote for parent with macular degeneration. The remote buttons are BIG and visible and they can actually make them out. Programming is not so easy unless you know the codes. The instruction manual is a joke. You need a magnifying glass to read instructions and codes. Better to download the manual from QFX website to access the codes, and yet you still have to zoom in.

Add to it – This thing was really tedious until I put tape on the back and doubled it over enough so when the battery pack is snapped shut it actually holds the batteries in place. Now it works great again.
