Good for work conditions – Bought this cable to connect a laptop to a piece of equipment. The ends are gold plated and cabling reminds me of more like phone cords as good HD cables cause so much from manufacturer and was going thru cheap Walmart brands every few months, so currently roadtesting to see how this one lasts

It’s very pretty – I particularly like the fact that it does what it’s supposed to do. It connects my printer to my laptop and I can print things without the frisson that comes from never knowing whether my printer is going to speak to my laptop wirelessly, or go into a major sulk from which it can only be coaxed out by me pulling the plug on it, saying five Hail Mary’s, then practising my 30 seconds of standing on one foot with my eyes closed before plugging it back in, doing a few t’ai chi moves while it whirs and hums and clicks, then plucking up the nerve to ask it again ever so politely to print a two-page document that I then have to sign and scan and email within the next 20 minutes or I will lose my home insurance forever and my house will burn down and it’ll be my fault and I’ll be left in the smouldering wreckage with two dogs and the soupe au pistou that I slaved over for forty-five minutes will be forever lost along with my recently-purchased sheer 15-denier black polka-dot tights (extra-long) and my copy of The Wasteland.
