Had some issues but it did work in the end for me, 41 channels coming in. – I had a myriad of issues with this, not all related to their product itself, but more-so the builder of our house not doing the coax runs well, and termination ends. But I did have 1 product issue the box that provides the amped power did not seem to work, I fortunately have used an antenna like this in the past and I had a backup control box which worked perfectly fine with their antenna. I contacted their support, and they said they would replace the control box, no questions asked, but I told them I didn’t want to mess with it since I did have a control box that was working fine. I ended up getting 41 channels here in Southwest Michigan on it. Support did provide me with a 1 year warranty extension for my troubles as well. So they were more than ready to make it right, but I did have to ding 1 star due to the product quality control that shipped a dud control box.

Good Customer Service – I put the antenna in the attic a year or so ago. I recently had some issues with picture quality and when I went to the attic, I found the light was off on the unit. I worked with customer service via email and determined it was the rotor connection. I had the part in less than 2 days. Awesome customer service! After installation I have over 60 stations on 5 TV’s. Their product really does work.

Persistence in installing thru new roof – Difficult to get cable underneath new roof ridge vent down into attic for hookup. That rubber boot I left on to provide protection from using a pliers on it to pull it down into attic. I maybe should have cut that boot off. The third attempt WORKED! Now the final hooking up went fine….. Reception is EXCELLENT. THANK YOU!!! nearly continuous signal! I’m not sure what the channels are doing or how wild those signals can be coming to my house, but sometimes I can’t get in the channels I usually always get OR the signals starts out good and then wavers.

The picture quality was as good as any cable system. – Avoid obstructions such as trees and buildings. I use the antenna in my rv. Picture quality is better than any cable I have found in an rv park.

Works very well for us – Purchased to replace an existing antenna. Easy to assemble. Support should you need it is via email only. I would give their support a 3 out of 5 but you likely won’t need support. Probably would buy again.

Nice picture quality, receiving 72 stations – Gets great reception. My only worry is that their is a lot of plastic and I live in FL and the sun eats up plastic. Easy to assemble. I used my previous mount for my DirecTV antenna. Added 12 feet of pipe so it sits about 20 feet off the ground. I have the antenna fixed in one direction and am not using the motor. We live about 40 miles NW of Orlando FL and I’m picking up 72 stations. The issue with the controller is that my cables terminate in the attic above my garage, This is where my splitter is that goes to the 3 TV jacks in my house. Instructions state to hook up controller and power to splitter so I cannot move it without a lot of work. Don’t intend to use the motor and decided to just go with a fixed bearing towards Orlando where the majority of channels come from. Still getting stations from Daytona beach and Melbourne that’s about a 30 degree spread on each side of where the antenna is pointed. Reception is excellent. For the price you can’t beat it considering all the RG6 cable that is provided .

Mount this device where it can be seen so you know where it’s rotated to. – This antenna works amazingly well. I had no idea we 99 free channels available to us. No issues with high definition at all.

Maximum range 70 miles likely less than 50 miles, limited multi directional – Turns out curvature of the earth limits tv antenna range to 70 miles unless you or the tv station is on a mountain top. So the 150 mile range claim is not accurate. I can not get a transmitter 50 miles away. Antenna allows for a 1 inch mounting pole. It either needs to be a short pole or something very ridgid. I used 1 inch metal electrical conduit. In a wind it shakes and will not receive anything when the wind blows. I am using this for one channel that’s in a different direction than most of my channels.
