Not so bad – It’s not bad, I got these one cause my control had broken up. These control is the same exact like the one that came with the TV except it didn’t had the “Disnep+ and the LG Channels” buttons. It works like normal the only issue I have and disappointment is that I bought it precisely because of the Disnep+ button (which it does not work or the LG Channels.)

Better than the magic remote – I have G1 series OLED. Love the TV, hate the “magic” remote. The wheel/button combo as the primary OK button is awful. It is uncomfortable, unreliable and prone to failure. The button on the wheel of mine was getting harder and harder to press. So I started looking for a replacement.
