a Bad experience – This company makes you go to another company for tech support and charges! My tv would not scan the channels and keep them and continued to say to scan. Then when I contacted this tech company, they charged to chat and when I requested a phone call, there was a $26 dollar charge and I could not complete the transaction because I do not have a cell phone. So that experience was total ripoff! So I am returning the tv and do not recommend this company to anyone! Bill Rhodes

Works great once setup – The tv comes with I would say wrong screws for the feet. Wasn’t able to put together without breaking the part where the screw goes. Remote rattles. Other than that everything works great

Junk – The feet that it stands on feel like a child’s project and the screws that came with it won’t actually hold the feet into the tv. Just avoid this cheap piece of junk

“Renewed” had Substitute Remote; no Batteries or User Guide. – Remote was not the original and said “Mexico.” No batteries included (they were supposed to be) and no user guide. I buy “renewed” from Amazon frequently and this was the first time I found the option to be substandard and unprofessional. No comment on the TV itself.

The sound output sucks – I purchased this TV to use in my workshop to replace an old tube type TV. It gets great reception with a simple antenna and the picture quality exceeds my expectations. I am very unhappy with the sound quality. I have the volume turned all the way up and it is still too quiet. The sound is similar to a cheap transistor radio. I am trying to rig up an amplifier and some external speakers for it.

eh – I bought this t.v. for my sons room. I didn’t want anything fancy since he is only 4. However I was expecting better sound quality. My phone and lap top have better sound quality than the t.v. does. It sounds like it is in a tunnel. I wouldn’t buy from this seller or at least this brand of t.v. again.
