Decent antenna for the price – The antenna was easy to put together, and the instructions were not that bad (could improve on the diagrams). I installed the antenna on the mount from a removed direct tv dish.

It really works well – This passive (no power) gives a much better signal than the shorter powered (amplifier on the antenna) units. I installed and tested 4 antennas, in my attic 28 miles (as the bird flies) from the signal’s source. Blocked by many buildings much bigger than my house (and this is mounted in my attic). In this world of antennas the bigger the better is mostly true. This Yagi “Five Star TV Antenna” does work a little better than a passive antenna that is 8 inches longer, so those little angles and crossing bars on this unit does matter. After all testing this Yagi “Five Star TV Antenna” gives the best signal. My TVs are telling me 3-4 bars out of 5 on most channels. Over 70 channels come in clear and strong. And 1080i on all the channels that are broadcasting 1080. Nice.

I rarely use the antenna, only view regular TV during the football season. I put up with the RCA for 3 years because of this, but finally had enough of it and bought this one. Immediately had perfect reception.
