Very sturdy. Mounted my 43inch TV. – I am so happy I chose this mount. The other was slightly cheaper by 5 or $10 and only handled 16-in centers or 16 in between 2×4 studs. To my surprise, this non-load-bearing wall has 24-in centers! This mount has brackets to allow for 24 in stud separation. This mount is extremely sturdy! It would hold my full 200 lb weight before the TV was on it as a test. I’m not saying you should put 200 lb worth of TV on it but I am saying that it did support me momentarily when I hung on it. But it is plenty sturdy for my 43-in TV. Also it moves away from the wall very conveniently can slightly tilt down and has enough angle for everything I would need it to do. The video shows how far out it can be pulled at an angle. I am very pleased, this is a good buy!

Great TV Mount, Worth Way More. – Honestly, I really don’t know why anyone would mount their large 60+ inch TV any other way (UP TO 99 LBS), or spend so much for their TV only to not select a sturdy/secure method to mate that unit to the wall. Sure, you can spend less, and yes the sky is the limit, but, seriously this is an excellent “beefy” wall bracket that will definitely not fail. I must make one statement though, ” DO NOT RELY ON ANY TYPE OF DRYWALL ( HOLLOW WALL, WITHOUT A STUD)FASTENING SYSTEM TO FASTEN/SECURE ANY OF THE MOUNTING POINTS OF THIS MOUNTING BRACKET TO YOUR WALL”. This TV mounting system can be mounted to any existing interior wall, providing you have the flexibility/ability to make some simple modifications to reinforce any areas where you don’t have some strong structural wood members (framing/studs) to make your fastener attachment points for the support bracket (main part that mounts to the wall and supports all the weight of the TV). Once you securely mount this baby to your wall, you can do chin-ups on it! You can move your big 65+ TV up down, pull it to you, it’s really incredible. Again, this is rated for up to 99 lbs. You won’t be disappointed, unless you try to not hang it securely , but if you rely on the drywall for support, I can guarantee you it will fail. Always use studs.
