Phenomenol TV, get it while its still in stock. Same as the more expensive C2 model – This is for the 83″ version. Came in a few days early, undamaged and with added protection from the freight company. Panel is perfect with no damage. I am coming from a 77CX and this is appreciably brighter with a bit more punch in the same setting (controlled lighting and mostly dark environment). Actually puts out less heat than the 77CX (probably due to the more efficiency EVO panel which all 83C1s have but isn’t officially marketed). Save some money and get this instead of the 83C2 since it is the exact same thing, even down to the more slimmer bezel size. Warranty was easy to register, sent a message to Beach Camera and they sent me my warranty # and I used that to register on the CPS side. Little known fact, the CPS warranty actually covers burn in as well. So well worth it.

Very happy, 4-year additional warranty a nice add-on – Wow, Beach ships FAST! Great delivery, and the picture is infinitely better than my older LG 65” IPS panel. The blacks are super deep, excellent contrast. Registering for the 4-year extended was a breeze. Didn’t need an 8K Neo OLED because there’s hardly any content out there for it as of right now, and 4K 120hz on an 83” screen is beautiful enough for me. You can actually experience depth in my opinion. Extremely pleased.

Absolutely great TV, but the CPS Protection Plan was not delivered by seller. – UPDATE: Beach Camera was very responsive to my issue and has gotten CPS registration completed. Seems the Protection Plan card should have been attached to the TV box. It was not. Problem corrected and glad everything worked out easily once I was talking to the right person.

Love the TV. No instructions. Shipping was horrible. – The TV has a beautiful picture. Husband wanted the 77″ and you can see the screen from the ocean… just kidding. No instructions on the set-up. One screw became stripped and putting the additional piece on the stand was a mess, because there were no instructions and we failed to add the additional piece before screwing it in. We did not hang it because of the original paneling in the house…
