Great White SmartTV – Includes all the major apps for streaming and happy with the response from the manufacturer when I asked the question. Sits nicely on the kitchen counter and sound comes from the bottom front. We added some padding to the bottom bare metal before sitting on top of the quartz counters. Great picture and sound as well. Would recommend and purchase again!

Extraordinary Niche Product – So, I’m not sure what the heck this thing really is. If you search for it, there’s hardly any info on the internet, no reviews, no comparisons, nothing. I can’t even figure out what year it was made. It has a model number, but no proper name.

Good – Just the right size for shelves. Really like it, but setup wasn’t easy. LG support wasn’t really sure what to do after auto tune. Call your cable company instead, as they got it right away.

Great Picture Quality–Good Sound–Versatility of a Smart TV – This 27-inch TV Monitor is basically a tunerless smart TV. It can not be connected to an over-the-air antenna because it has no OTA tuner so if you’re a city dweller and use an antenna this TV is not for you. But–users of antennas are in the minority today. For everyone else, this is a great little (27″) TV. It is LED-backlit and It can be connected to your cable box or used with any wireless stick (Roku, Amazon, Apple, etc). It doesn’t need any additional external box if you are happy with the included offerings. Picture is sharp and clear (1920x1080p resolution) and sound is better than other small TVs I’ve owned. The included remote is intuitive and comprehensive. Overall–a high-quality TV.

Poor directions – Could not program remote without directions included. Using old and new remote without being able to program sound on new one.

No external audio output, even with an HDMI audio extractor – The sound level from the internal speakers is low and the frequency response is poor. The Picture quality is very good. Why didn’t they at least include a 3.5 mm stereo headphone jack or RCA jacks for analog audio output to an external amplifier?

Non smart 27″ – Wow! What a little blessing. Got this for my 86 year old mother. She doesn’t have internet and her big box tv was just awful. This 27″ non smart lg is perfect for her. The picture quality and sound are perfect as well. I had no directions but I had no trouble setting it up and synching her basic mini box cable remote. I just used the menu key and other buttons as I had on other TVs. I found the TV code on Google.

Perfect kitchen counter TV – Fits neatly under upper kitchen cabinets and white bezel means it blends into a kitchen relatively well. Picture and sound are perfectly fine for what this tv is designed for. Built in smart tv is totally fine too. It’s the perfect tv for your kitchen counter.
