Easy set up – It took 5 minutes to set up this tv to our needs. Wish it had come with he screws for a wall hanger that we had but we were able to find some that worked.

Great TV but reviews misrepresented capability – The reviews I read prior to buying this said that Direct tV would work on this TV without another device. It does not.

Excellent – except for the sound quality – needs a soundbar with an optical connection. – EVERYTHING on this LG TV is five stars, except for the very weak internal speakers. The ONLY option for external speakers is one optical out port. Even at a maximum volume of “100”, the TV sound is low and tinny. Changing the sound settings does not help. There seems to be really no option but to purchase an external sound bar with an optical connection and connecting optical cable. I tried tried an external Bluetooth adapter that connected to the TV optical out, which did work to some degree, but the volume up and down on the remote would not control the Bluetooth speaker volume, which is inconvenient. Have now ordered a $40 soundbar which I hope will solve the low volume / poor quality sound issue.

Great value with Smart TV features, vivid picture. – Put this in the kitchen atop a wine rack. The small footprint base was the determining factor, but he picture and features were a pleasant surprise. The sound is a little harsh, but manageable. I would buy this again.

Second good experience with refurbished products – This TV was from Amazon’s warehouse department so a return or refurbished. Well packaged in original box, hooked it up and it worked great! Wi-fi has excellent range and we are very happy with it plus saved money.
