      Great picture quality – I purchased several of these units to replace my old (RGB) component-over-CAT5 system. As my new TVs have transitioned to HDMI, my old system no longer supported the best picture standard (and some sets don’t even have RGB inputs). Replacing the old RGB-over-CAT5 units was simple and the new system works well. So far, I am transmitting only 1080P content, with excellent picture quality. I intend to begin using 4K content and will update if anything is amiss.

      The actually work BUT use the right CAT cables – That actually works and the distance is spot on. I even used an HDMI splitter to get signal and it works perfectly. You just have to make sure that you use the correct HDMI cables and the correct CAT cables. You cannot use just any cables with these.

This one is more stable than the previous box and does provide great quality picture. I did have just a bit of trouble when I was hooking it up and had to restart it but it hasn’t missed a beat for over two months.
