Don’t buy this TV or any TV from this company. Their customer service is horrible. – I received a TV damaged where something under the screen was causing something to die out and it started out as two tiny dots and was very slowly over time growing. Had to return it got to replacement same day. The return was picked up. The return was fine. The replacement even more damaged out of the box than the one I sent back. The whole right side of the top and bottom of the screen look like somebody under the layer of plastic that covers the front of the screen. The screen looks pushed in in the top right and bottom right corner called heisen customer service and they said not their problem. You voided your warranty by opening the box. I was extremely careful when I open this box. Extremely delicate with this TV and right after I opened it I saw the damage and went to plug it in to make sure that it wasn’t. My eyes just fooling me and I saw that it was damaged immediately called Amazon and they said they can’t do anything till the 9th of the following month which means I have to live with this TV for almost an entire month. Broken worse than the last one. That’s whatever if you don’t have something in stock that’s not really their fault. But then I called heisen to see if there was anything they could do and they told me voided warranty without even looking at the TV without even seeing what was wrong with it. Just me slightly describing it to her. She just immediately said voided warranty. I haven’t even had this TV an hour and the warranties already voided due to manufacturing errors because clearly this was not done during shipping because then the screen itself, the plastic part or the TV bezel would also be damaged. This is explicitly to the screen underneath everything. There’s no scratches on the TV. There’s no dense dings. Nothing. It looks pristine outside of this specific damage. Clearly this happened during manufacturing just like with the last one and she just keeps telling me voided warranty because it left their warehouse. Therefore it’s no longer their responsibility. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if there was nothing else that could be done because why should I have to accept a broken TV that doesn’t make sense and after over a half an hour of being on hold. No one’s available. Go away. Leave us alone. You’re warranty has been voided because you open the box and you install the TV yourself. The TV warranty has been voided literally. She told me because I hooked up the TV that voided the warranty. I am not joking. That’s what she told me. She told me because UPS delivered it to me that also voided the warranty. I am not joking. This is ridiculous. Don’t buy from a company’s that support that level of disgustingness towards their customers. This is the first time I’m trying this company and this has been the worst experience ever. Two TVs broken from manufacturing because right out the box they were broken in different ways and I was extremely extremely delicate, careful and used every bit of cushioning and foam that I could to gently put the TV together and both of them were broken and this one even worse and even better in the top right corner because of how the screen has been pushed in anything that that’s a specific shape that goes into that corner gets warped. How is this? Not a manufacturing issue that happened during manufacturing. These TVs come packed so well. You can’t say that happened during shipping, especially considering Amazon marked the replacement as handle with care. So unless people were tossing around a 65-in TV, which that does not make sense, this is absolutely a manufacturing problem and and the company that makes the product should want to know what went wrong. Shouldn’t just be like sucks to be you go away. You installed the TV. Someone else delivered it. That wasn’t us by the way. They don’t have a way to deliver from themselves. Everything has to go to something like UPS so they’re using every excuse in the book to claim. I voided the warranty. The TV is 1 hour old and it was damaged from the minute I pulled the box off of it.
