Works Great, But on the Fragile Side. – I have the tiny Roku that only has the HDMI for the tv. I want to have an audio output I can run through my receiver to listen to programs on headphones with my tv off. Solution is this HDMI to RCA Converter! I bought one of these a year ago, but the flimsy build caused the HDMI connector to break off, so I bought another, and have it arranged so it doesn’t have any stress on the connector. It’s not too expensive to replace. Yes, the analog video output isn’t as crisp as HDMI, but since I use it mainly for audio through my Roku, it serves that purpose very well. Finding a way to plug it into a USB power source is also a challenge, with such a short cord (I have it plugged into my PC, as my hdmi tv doesn’t have a USB). Recommend getting a USB extension cord and an ac power block to make sure you can get power to this gadget, but if y ou have a usb plug nearby, your set you’re good to go!
