Just what I Needed. – This was needed to hook up multiple monitors. I had a Display port adapter prior (more expensive than this). One monitor was plugged into it, while the other monitor was through an HDMI port. After a couple of months the monitors began flickering on and off after being on for a couple of hours.

Great with one fatal flaw – For the price, this HDMI splitter is almost great. Simple and straightforward. However, in presentation critical applications, it’s a bit of a disaster. The output signal will randomly cut out to all of the outputs. I bought two of these, and both had the same problem. They work, but randomly the devices connected to it will all cut to black. I tried improving airflow around them in case is was an overheating event, but that made no difference. Also tried different input and output cables, but the result remained the same. Picture would be fine for a random period of time, then everything would go black for a few seconds, and then my projectors would reconnect and picture would be fine again for a random period of time… Repeat. Would not recommend for a professional/public presentation setup. (I was (or rather trying to) running two 1920*1200 projectors off of this splitter.)

Worked for me! – I used this in my basement bar. Came out of surround sound receiver, into this, and out to two TVs. Both get same signal, so it did exactly what I wanted it to. Picture quality on both TVs seems great. I recommend it!

Only mirrors the input HDMI – I purchased this splitter thinking I could output different video sources from the one HDMI port on my computer. It was not able to do so and could only mirror one video to all 4 outputs. If you’re looking to mirror one video to 4 outputs, then this will work great! If you’re looking to split into several outputs you may want to look elsewhere.
