Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)

    • Proof of purchase :

Does the shop give you an invoice ?

Customer service is incredible!! – We bought ours back in January 2020 for our 24’ Sprinter RV. Used it on several long trips and were very pleased with the performance overall. Come March of 2021 while using it around our local area it would light up, but would not come on. We contacted their customer service who were very nice and quickly responded. We tried several suggested solutions which did not work. They then sent a new remote which also did not help. Finally after many months, they sent us a new replacement tv. They were great during the entire process and although it took a while, they stood by their product even when it was slightly out of warranty. Thanks Signal TV

replacement for a Furrion that died. A little hard to install but it works fine. – I needed a 12vdc replacement for the Furrion that came with the 2018 RV. This TV had all the connections including a optical output that I wanted. It is lighter that the previous TV and the mounting holes on the back did not match the bracket on the RV wall. It took a lot of measuring and drilling to get a matching hole pattern but finally got there. The TV seems to work as well as the previous one but we haven’t traveled with it yet and have not tired the sattelite on it yet but its wired for it. I am hopeful it will fulfill our TV needs for years.

Great TV but be very careful of power surges – Customer service was great. We had a couple burn out on us when connecting to shore power or generator power. The TV works great but it will not handle any power surges. I would suggest completely unplugging it when hooking up your RV power. Even when the TV is off and plugged in it will burn out if there are any power surges. The odd part is the fuse that came with the TV cord never fried but the TV still did. It should have built in power protection but if you are careful with that part it is a great TV.

Won’t work with all RVs – Easy straightforward install. Unit is light and manageable. Connections, with the exception of the RF connector, are well labeled and accessible. Once I got it hooked up in the RV 12v system and turned it on it lighted up dimly but I couldn’t get the menu to pop up or any of the controls to work. This same circumstance appears in several other reviews of this unit. Plugging in the 115v transformer worked but not the 12v. After chatting with tech support I learned that the unit needs a constant 6 amps at 12v. The transformer supplies that but my deep cycle RV batteries are more like 4. Unfortunately the literature and ad material has no mention of minimum amperage. This unit was not usable in my 2011 Winnebago View but perhaps in a differently configured 12 v system. My advise is to check your supplied amperage before investing $400 on this unit.

Great for boondocking – We’ve been camping together for 40 years, and have camped primarily in the National forests for the last 14 years. That means, we rarely have electricity to use the TV that came with our travel trailer. Of course, we never really cared whether or not we had a TV unless severe weather came in. Cell signals are sketchy at best, but often we don’t have a signal at all unless we leave the camp and drive a while. After getting caught in a tornado last year (which we did not learn until the following day when we left the campground and saw all the road closures, with down trees everywhere) we put a priority on purchasing a good 12-volt TV. When it came time to deciding, I really only looked at price. We already knew this brand, as we had one in our RV. We didn’t have any problem with it, even though we repeatedly took that RV into dispersed sites, which are accessed by two tracks. That TV handled all the bumping and jarring it took to get to camp. The sound on a 12-volt TV isn’t nearly as loud as 120 volt, but we just patch it through our stereo, which is necessary if you want to play a DVD anyway. The bottom line is, this TV has a decent picture, and will take the beating road travel gives it.

Power converter failed – The 12 volt cable fried in less than 10 minutes use. Then the power converter failed 3 days later.
