does the job – its setup was easy and can be configured different ways but the extenders done hold well with the lock screw recommended. It would not stay flush no matter how tight you get the screw. ended up swapping the lock screw with the fly nut and its holding better

Satisfied – I was skeptical at first about how difficult the installation would be based on the mixed reviews. The instruction manual was just a tad bit confusing, and there are a lot of different parts (you won’t use all of them based on your TV). You just need a little patience to read through and once you figure that out, it’s actually easier than it looks. I laid my tv flat on an edge and adjusted the arms of the mount according to my soundbar dimensions to get the right angles. That step is probably most important because if you get it wrong you’ll have to take the TV back down and readjust.

Worked with my curved Samsung sound bar – My sound bar (a curved Samsung) had a recessed slot for the wall mount that came with the bar. The adapter for the Echogear mount didn’t quite get the bracket flush, so I used some large washers that I had on hand to make sure the bracket made good contact across the bottom of the sound bar. The biggest issue was simply preparing a surface for the curved tv to rest upon, because I wasn’t confident that the TV’s frame was rigid enough to keep from bending in while lying flat (this was simply an issue regarding position the curved TV and had nothing to do with the Echogear mount, which was excellent). This system works much better with a full swivel mount than the wall mount that came with the bar.
