Top notch wall mount – I’ve had this mount for nearly a year and it’s amazing. Straight forward to install, detailed instructions, and a solid product. I’m always paranoid about single arm mounts given the size of my tv (48in) but it’s held up just fine. In the process of ordering a 2nd mount for the office.

Great product with really great installation instructions – The installation instructions were excellent – concise, easy to understand, and funny. The hardware supplied was perfect. Easy to install…….but…… – This mounting system is very easy to install, but seems to have one major flaw-they provide to instructions to tell you that you need to accommodate for any issues of the arm being off center from the mounting bracket! That’s an issue. When you want the TV to be exactly in the center of a particular area, it seems common sense to center the bracket (assuming there is a stud in that location). However, the way the arm works, the bracket that sits on the wall does not exactly fall in the center, so if that is perfectly centered in the wall space, the TV ends up being approximately an inch to the right. If its a very large wall, it would not be noticeable. However, when the TV is almost the same size at the allocated space, it is extremely obvious. It may not bother most people, but to some it may make a difference which is why I mention it. This should be noted in the mounting directions. Additionally, the vertical placement also ends up being off as well. Again, some may care, some may not. But if you are the type of person who is very, very particular about things being centered, take note of this and be sure to accommodate for this when measuring.
