Works for Samsung PN64F8500 – I purchased this to replace the lost remote for a 2013 Samsung PN64F8500 plasma. The picture in the ad is identical to the model that I received. The remote has Samsung branding and states that it is new, although it did have some superficial marks on both sides of the remote that did not buff out. This may have occurred due to the fact that it comes packaged only in a plastic sleeve bag (in addition to the amazon outer packaging that was excellent). No documentation was included or needed. As mentioned in the description there are no batteries included, and you will need to purchase 2 AAA batteries.
