I was surprised that it worked so well! – I bought this with the thought that I might just return it because I did not expect it to work any better than any other flat antenna. I was wrong. Relatively easy to set up–don’t expect it to be magic, you are going to have to find a good location and that may require time. My main issue is that ABC and PBS operate VHF in my area, and have never got ABC and getting PBS required constantly moving the antenna around. I was able to get all local channels including those with good pictures with the antenna in the window–but the cable included is not long enough for permanent installation in that location. PBS was still hard to get, and it has to be on the outside wall or window. When I found a wall location–other stations disappeared, so if you have issues, using the window (somehow) may be the solution. Plus, although you can use the antenna on the white side to make it look a little better–the cable is black. So, did need to buy another longer cable (white) and will have to secure it to the walls and ceiling over to the window. But this works much better than my old antenna. The other issue is the adhesive strip–it stays on the wall I have it on temporarily, but keeps falling, so will just find another way to mount it. Maybe it will work better on a window, but it is just an adhesive strip and the antenna does not actually sit flat on the wall due to the attachment at the bottom. So be prepared for some issues when setting it up, but the antenna itself is great and will not be returning it.

Works better than most. – Overall I’m happy with this antenna. I’ve tried quiet a few other antennas and they always have the picture fading in and out the entire time I’m watching even if I’m showing a strong signal. But with this antenna if it shows I get the station it has no trouble keeping a solid signal. The amount of stations is not higher than a $10 antenna but the signal reliability is definitely better. Overall I’m happy with this purchase.

It works but you could save money – This thing really worked to pick up a lot of channels…As many as 60 in the right spot. I found that it was very tricky to find a spot it worked well, mostly because I have a home with stone and stucco and a metal roof with radiant barrier. All things the instructions said it did not work well with. It needed to be in my front door to work well, it did not work well in my attic nor behind my tv. I could not find a spot that it could get all the major networks at once. I am not taking away from this product since it can produce but I think I need an outdoor antenna since I am not ok with coax running through my living room.

Doesn’t work any better than similar products – Even though I am only 7 miles from Atlanta’s transmitters, using a Mohu Arc antenna, a few of the main stations were still pixelated at times. I hoped this would get better reception, but it is about the same. One problem is you can’t point this as precisely since it just has to point in whatever direction the window faces. Using this antenna without the included amp, my Tablo pulled in 102 stations. With the amp, it pulled in 100. The Mohu arc pulled in 123 stations. If I added the amp to it, it received only 113. It was a particularly good day for reception. On my 8 main stations, only 2 showed very occasional degradation with this antenna, while the Arc showed no degradation on any of the 8 stations. Yesterday, this antenna was having a lot of trouble with one of the stations, which is why I ran the tests today.

Works pretty good with a minor power boost. – I use my old Samsung S5 (usb3) charger for a notch more power for the antenna instead of the adapter supplied. Makes a noticeable difference.
