Good Cable – So far, this cable is a good one. I can now use G-Sync with my FreeSync Monitor. I haven’t had any issues with high fps at 1440p or problems with image quality.

Change Monitor option from HDMI to Displayport for Samsung Monitors – I connected Displayport cable in extended mode. My HP would not detect the monitor. By trial and error, I found that Samsung monitor had Displayport or HDMI option with default to HDMI. Changing the option made it work.

This cable fixed my monitor glitch – I got a new, 5K monitor. Instead of running a new Displayport cable from the monitor to my computer, I used the Displayport cable from my old, 4K monitor, a Displayport 1.2 cable. After a day or two, I started to notice that the display would go black for a few seconds, then come back, especially when the monitor was handling video. So I bought and installed this Displayport 1.4 cable, and the problem has gone away.

Works as advertised and provides good value for your money – This display cable works exactly as intended. I’m able to output 1080p and 4k onto my monitor. Make sure your GPU is able to output those resolutions but even if you’re only using 1080p, it’s better than using a VGA, DVI or HDMI cable since you’re able to save some space behind your monitor.

10ft. Works at 16:9 1440p @ 165Hz, 10bcp Color Depth – Bought two 10ft cables. Tested both without issues on a HP X27q 1440p @ 165Hz, 10bcp color depth. They are thick cables. Measured it to be just over 9mm or almost 3/8″ which will make cable management difficult.

Girthy boy – Man, this dude is thicc. When I was buying it I just saw it was on sale, Amazon basics, the right size I needed, cool. Unpackaged this thing and was stunned. You can tell you’re holding a real man’s cable in your hand when you’re working with this thing. I tried to fit it in my cable management sleeves but she was bustin at the seams. Size matters though, especially when you can work well with what you have. The perfect length. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh yeah and it works well for my computer too.

Basic only in name! This cable is top of the line! –  Basic only in name, this cable is top of the line. I got the 6’ version because I felt something wasn’t right with my original setup. I have an RTX 3060 XC graphics card. I typically use the HDMI port for my setup, but I have that going to my Denon x3700H. My setup was an HDMI cable with an HDMI to-display port adapter going to a 32” 4K monitor with HDR. Before deciding to try this cable, I had thought I was getting all I could get out of my monitor, and this cable proved me wrong by unleashing the HDR even more. Previously, the HDR seemed a bit washed out. My gut instinct proved correct as soon as I hooked up this cable. Despite my original setup saying that I was getting HDR, there was an apparent glaring difference. My display is now crisp and vibrant, and the HDR looks tremendous.

Perfect for 1440p 144mhz – Nice thick cable. It took care of the picture blanking issues I was having with a prior cable that claimed to be certified for my monitor specs. This cable just works.
