Cable failed within 4 months and Unresponsive Customer Service – See Updates – I purchased this cable from Amazon on April 3, 2022 and it performed beautifully for the first 4 months. Suddenly, it began to no longer function to conduct power properly. After investigating, it appears that the right angle connector has failed.

Good length, right angle connection – I use this cable to charge my MacBook Pro 13″ model. I wanted the right angle plug to reduce stress on the USB-C connection and it does the trick. The braided covering seems to be of high quality. Please note that the right-angle connection protrudes a bit and might prevent you from plugging a device into the adjacent thunderbolt port (a problem I had), so I’m deducting a star for that issue.
