Good Shelf – It appeared to be easy to install but you do have to set up it balancing point on the TV. my TV is on a Swivel, so it did not push back all the way. but it did serve its purpose.

Works, But… – Needing a top mount for my Infinity center channel speaker (8.5 lbs.), I was forced to go with this all-plastic, rather flimsy device because its depth (6.3 inches) was the only one large enough to accommodate the depth of my speaker—barely. Once adjusted for the weight (you have to compensate for considerable sag in the structure), the mount does do the job—again, barely. What is really needed here is a far sturdier, all-metal mount, 13 inches wide and 7 inches deep, for which I will continue to search, so that I can replace this one and feel a whole lot less nervous about the odds of my rather pricey speaker falling off of its perch.
